Binaural beats help your brain reach coherence where two halves of your brain synchronize due to the creation of a third illusive sound.

How do Binaural Beats Work?

The brain perceives the binaural beats and interprets them as a beat of its own. A frequency-following effect occurs as your brain activities match the frequencies set by the beat. This phenomenon makes researchers believe in the possibility of entraining the mind to achieve a particular mental state by listening to binaural beats.

The benefits of binaural beats come when the brain responds with synchronized neural activity and changes the brain waves. Listening to specific frequencies promotes synchronization, which may improve various cognitive functions.

Theta waves, which are between 4 and 8 Hz, occur in deep relaxation. Alpha waves, which measure between 8 and 12 Hz, occur when people feel relaxed and when the brain is in an idle state

Meditation technique
Find a quiet place in your house where nobody will disturb you
Put on a pair of good quality headphones, preferably noise canceling.
Sit comfortably in the position you prefer for optimal relaxation,
you can lie down or obtain a meditative position; it is totally up to you.
We do recommend performing meditation using this video for 7 days,
15 minutes a day minimum. You can replay this video as many times
as you want. Pick a positive affirmation, close your eyes, and cycle this
affirmation in your mind repeatedly until the music stops.
During affirmation, cycling pushes away any other thoughts and keep
cycling your affirmation. You may feel that you are about to drift away
from your affirmation, in this case, you can move your lips lip-synching
the affirmation as it helps to refocus on what you are doing.
