Ingredients:

  • 15 grams rocket
  • 1 slice (about 128 grams) wholemeal branny bread
  • 0.5 medium avocado
  • 60 grams shaved ham
  • 30 grams cherry tomatoes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Wash and dry the rocket. Set aside.
    • Toast the wholemeal bread until golden brown and crisp.
    • While the bread is toasting, slice the avocado and cherry tomatoes.
  2. Assemble the Toast:

    • Once the toast is ready, place it on a plate or cutting board.
