Fuel your gut with this powerhouse hummus, packed with prebiotic fiber, essential nutrients, and rich flavors! ✨
💛 Ingredients:
For Soaking & Cooking:
✔️ 1 cup Chickpeas
✔️ 1 cup Mixed Legumes
✔️ 4 cups Water (2 cups per batch)
✔️ 2 tsp NZEALTH 14 Spice (1 tsp per batch)
✔️ 2 tsp Himalayan Salt (1 tsp per batch)
✔️ Olive Oil
For Hummus Preparation (Per Serving):
✔️ 300ml Cooked Chickpeas
✔️ 200ml Cooked Mixed Legumes
✔️ 6 cloves Garlic (lightly chopped & fried)
✔️ 1 tbsp Unhulled Tahini
✔️ Juice of ½ Lemon
✔️ ½ tsp Cumin
✔️ 100ml Ice
💛 Instructions:
1️⃣ Soak chickpeas & legumes separately in water with NZEALTH 14 Spice + Himalayan Salt for 12 hours.
2️⃣ Cook each batch in its soaking liquid + 2 cups of water. Simmer until fully cooked.
3️⃣ Cool completely & store in the fridge.
4️⃣ Blend 300ml chickpeas, 200ml beans, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin & ice until silky smooth.
5️⃣ Garnish with a sprinkle of NZEALTH 14 Spice, extra cumin, & infused olive oil.
