1 heaped tbsp plain protein Greek yoghurt

25 g soft butter

100 g Natvia

Preheat the Oven:
π₯ Preheat your oven to 180Β°C (Fan Bake).
π₯£ Prepare the Cake Batter:
1οΈβ£ In a mixing bowl, whisk softened butter and Natvia Sweetener until light and fluffy.
2οΈβ£ Add eggs one at a time, whisking continuously.
3οΈβ£ Heat milk in the microwave for 50 seconds (watch to prevent overflow). It should come to a slight boil.
4οΈβ£ Stir in baking soda and allow it to foam. Add this to the batter.
5οΈβ£ Mash bananas with a potato masher until smooth, then fold them into the mix.
6οΈβ£ Gently add baking powder and flour, mixing until JUST combined. (Avoid overmixing.)
π Bake the Cake:

8οΈβ£ Pour the batter into the tin and bake for 40 minutes.
