Ingredients:
Meat Patties:
- 500g Lean Pork Mince
- 500g Mince Beef
- 45g Ricotta Cheese
- 1 tbsp Chilli
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 5g Ten Spice Sprinkle (1 tsp)
- 1 Large Egg
- 2 large Onions, finely chopped
- 1 oz Himalayan Salt
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil (for frying)
Salad:
- 0.5 medium Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 68g Red Capsicum, sliced
- 140g Telegraph Cucumber, diced
- 15 Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 2 cups Rocket
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- Drizzle of Spices infused Olive Oil
Grilled Fries:
- 800g Agria Potatoes, cut into fries
- Pinch of Himalayan Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 200g Brown Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large Onion, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Meat Patties:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lean pork mince, mince beef, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, chopped onions, chilli, ten spice sprinkle, egg, and Himalayan salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Once cooked, remove from the pan and set aside.
Salad:
- In a large flat platter lay out rocket, slice cucumber lengthways and slightly salt it from both sides leaving it for 5 minutes to cure.
- Cube cured cucumber and lay it evenly upon the rocket.
- Combine the thinly sliced red onion, red capsicum, , quartered cherry tomatoes and basil slightly salt it.
- Layer it evenly upon the rocket and cucumbers
- Place burrata in the center of the assembly and cut it to 4 quarters with the cooking scissors
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar and spices infused olive oil over the salad.
Grilled Fries:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss the cut Agria potatoes with olive oil mushrooms Precut onions and a pinch of Himalayan salt and 10 spice sprinkle until evenly coated.
- Place the fries on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, flipping occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the grill and transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve the caramelized mushrooms and onions on top of the grilled fries.
