Ingredients:
- 120 g, Mixed berries
- 100 grams, Greek Yogurt Natural Light
- 20 g, Buckwheat flour
- One Large Egg
- 20 gram, Raw Oat bran
- 40 ml, Egg White
- 50 g, Farmer Cheese 0.5% fat
- 1/2 tsp soda, extinguished with lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients together and leave it to sit for 20 minutes
- With a table spoon , spoon it out onto the baking tin covered with baking paper
- Send it into the hot oven at 220C
- Bake till slightly golden
- Serve with yogurt and berries
