Ingredients:

  • 120 g, Mixed berries
  • 100 grams, Greek Yogurt Natural Light
  • 20 g, Buckwheat flour
  •  One Large Egg
  • 20 gram, Raw Oat bran
  • 40 ml, Egg White
  • 50 g, Farmer Cheese 0.5% fat
  • 1/2 tsp soda, extinguished with lemon juice

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all the ingredients together and leave it to sit for 20 minutes
  • With a table spoon , spoon it out onto the baking tin covered with baking paper
  • Send it into the hot oven at 220C
  • Bake till slightly golden
  • Serve with yogurt and berries
