  • 100 ml, Pure Organic Milk – Light
  • 160 grams, Greek Yogurt Natural Light
  • 20 g, Oatbran
  • 50 g, Farmer Cheese
  • 60 gram, Nectarines, raw
  • 60 g, Banana
  • 4 gram, mixed nuts or seeds
  • 20 gram, My Sugar Fat free Granola (Make it yourself, follow my recipe!)
 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Put together yogurt and cottage cheese,
  • Add oatbran, fruit and follow with granola and nuts
  • Add some milk and enjoy!
