Ingredients:

  • 25 g, semolina
  • 100 grams, Greek Yogurt Natural Light
  • 4 gram, mixed nuts or seeds
  • 50 g, Farmer Cheese
  • 60 g, Banana
  • 20 g, Baking
  • 100 ml, lite 98.5% fat free milk
  • 20 gram, Oat Bran
  • 250 ml, Water, tap
  • 60 g, Kiwi

DIRECTIONS:

  • In the pot mix milk and water with some stevia and salt
  • Add semolina and oatbran
  • Turn on the stove and steer the mixture until you see it starting to boil
  • Turn it off and let it sit for 10 minutes
  • Serve with fruit and nuts
