Ingredients:
- 25 g, semolina
- 100 grams, Greek Yogurt Natural Light
- 4 gram, mixed nuts or seeds
- 50 g, Farmer Cheese
- 60 g, Banana
- 20 g, Baking
- 100 ml, lite 98.5% fat free milk
- 20 gram, Oat Bran
- 250 ml, Water, tap
- 60 g, Kiwi
DIRECTIONS:
- In the pot mix milk and water with some stevia and salt
- Add semolina and oatbran
- Turn on the stove and steer the mixture until you see it starting to boil
- Turn it off and let it sit for 10 minutes
- Serve with fruit and nuts
